Wonderful little house with everything you need to enjoy the conch life! Quiet, simple, and away from the noise of everyday life, 1308 Newton is a gift. The house the pool , the location and the great staff made this trip the best ever.

On arrival for our month stay, we found there was a parking space right in front of the house for our car. The house was clean and the backyard was beautiful. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. We bike everywhere so nothing was to far away. The street was very quit and neighbors very friendly. We have booked for 2020.

Immaculate 3-bedroom, 3-bath home with a fabulous private backyard deck and pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d ever need. Parking out front was no issue. Preferred Properties had excellent communication and responded quickly to our needs.
