Upon entering the main house, you'll be greeted by a grand open-concept living and dining area, with seating for up to 8 guests and an additional 3 at the bar. The gourmet kitchen is fit for a chef, with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and an open layout, perfect for hosting and entertaining in style. All cookware and dishware are provided for your convenience.

The main house boasts beautiful Plantation shutters and tile flooring throughout, and the French doors open to the island breeze, inviting you to enjoy the tropical ambiance of the lanai and private pool. You'll have the perfect spot to relax and unwind while enjoying a tropical cocktail and grilling up a delicious meal on the gas grill.

The second floor features a spacious master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and ample storage, a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and balcony access, and a separate guest cottage that sleeps 4. The cottage features a separate bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a sleeper sofa, and a small kitchenette with a full refrigerator and wine cooler. All linens are included for your stay.

This property is available for monthly rental only and must be rented for 28 or more days by city ordinance. Enjoy the luxury of a private pool and the convenience of a separate guest cottage, all while basking in the endless summer of the island. Additionally, the house has free wifi access.
